Consciousness is life. The first stage of life is visible in gross matter and minerals. Though look lifeless, within each matter take place atomic activities. Even gross matter are created they develop and are destroyed. This process is faster in living beings but too slow in matters. Whether a rock is young or old is easily found. Learned easily identify their stages. Like with living beings birth and death process is continuous in matters. Like the eternity of the soul the atomic existence and dynamism of a matter is eternal too.

Evolution is uninterrupted in every sector of the universe, nor is life free from it. Life is also moving forward with evolution process. It is going a step ahead every time in the form Tama Raja and Satwa. Tama is meant to be gross matter. There is life even in gross matter but it is in sleeping state. Micro organisms have better situations. They are active in soil, air and water. There exist uncountable living organisms in our body. They do not have organs and mind so they are also taken as gross. Plants have little better state than that of micro organisms. They are also gross but surge of life is visible in them. The whole expansion of the world is gross material world. Water is matter but the science is aware of life in it. Each of the five elements is full of their own kind of consciousness. They can be taken as undeveloped life in passivity.

The state higher than this is Rajas. Life in this class possesses organs and show clear movement. Numerous terrestrial and aquatic animals counted in this class. Insects, birds, reptiles etc. fall in this category. There is life higher than this, which are invisible life the microorganisms. They are the deities, the divine spirits, the enlightened angels etc. They sometimes take body form and sometimes discard it. In bodiless form they can perform great important work in the world with their vital power. They give instructions and inspire good people in many ways. But when they ought to live and work with common people and guide them towards the highest meaning of life or as they ought to establish a tradition they take an incarnation and amazingly work as a messenger of God. Not as a helpless being in the wheel of life and death bounded by action and reaction they take birth, but they come down to earth to fulfill the need of time to elevate people and society and they go back after they fulfill their goal.

There is a consciousness higher than this which is developed to Sattattwo. It is visible both in body form and bodiless form. The one involved in the practice of purification of self is called sadhaka and the one who has accomplished it is known as Sadhu the saint. Sadhaka lives with family and is involved in promotion of knowledge. But saints are not limited to the responsibilities to his family but to the whole world. Their affinities to others become unlimited. They greatly give importance to welfare to the world and are involved in inspiring to elevate the society. Their activities are superior. Like cloud they shower over indiscriminately. They are never tied by the net of greed and attachment. They are the great soul. They are the super men. The body formed deities are known as sages, saints, martyrs. They are also called god of the earth.

There are two factors-nature and being or Tama and Satwo. The current that flows as the two get fused is called Rajas. Dynamism is the result of union of two currents. As the two points of electric current are separate nothing happens but as they meet current flows. Rajas are the result of the union of the two. It has no its existence in isolation.

The movement of progress goes upward from down. So life goes from Tamas to Rajas then up to Swatwa. It is usual and ideal too.  If a being always adopts this process it is admirable. It is meaningful if a being from a humble birth progresses upward to superior and superior birth to human being and still more to the stage of great soul, sages and the supreme soul.

There is domination of different degrees of virtues, fortunes, passiveness, readiness and greatness in a man. It is the revelation of Tamas, Rajas and Swatwa. Through self analysis we can identify whether we are disposed to brutality, humanity or to divinity. It is wiser to break our limitation and go forward daringly and reach the highest goal of a being.

The human body is not the highest creation of the God because He did not create the body with the highest ingredients in His possession. Rather, different elements found in the nature were assembled and it took a human body form. In the same way other beings and plants took the particular form. Every element found in the nature is found in a human body. So a mass body is the universe. We can understand the universe through a human body.

A human body is the result of the will of the mind of the supreme soul. Every element in the universe was in chaos, which were embodied form of the unexpressed nature. Then they took the forms of sky, air, fire, water and earth. These all are the different forms of the same solid nature, which is the form of the power of consciousness. In a single word it is called the solid nature. As the life force of the consciousness unifies pulsation or action begins, which brings life into lifeless nature and the nature appears to be living. The only cause of life in matter is the vital air. The vital air is the power of the consciousness but not the consciousness itself. In the creation, all the jumbled elements are organized and given different forms by the mind.  It is called Brahma in macro form, which becomes the cause of creation and in micro form in each individual it creates body as well as it becomes the cause of all activities. The base of the function of the mind is its will power, which is an attribute of the consciousness power. As will power awakes in consciousness then it is given the name Mind. And as the mind is willful in the way it is committed to create a body along with fulfilling its lustful desire, it attracts the similar elements from the universe towards its centre and unifies them and a seed formed mass is created. The seed with the influence of consciousness power develops in accordance with it. Development of body of all beings is caused by variation in the elements of the nature. If the elements are caused to change the form, this body will be different. At the beginning the act of organizing was carried out by the will power of the consciousness. And even at present it has become the cause of creation of all bodies. 'Chicken first or egg first' can only be answered by spiritualism.  First with the will power of mind different material elements which were in subtle form were organized and consequently a seed, egg, was formed. The power of consciousness causes it to develop into chicken formed body. First the seed of all bodies are formed and the will of the Mind is the cause. The God did not make the body directly without creating the seed. Neither is it possible in the creation. Bringing variation in the elements in the seed, variation in the body form can be caused. The science has been practicing this facts many times at present. So the main cause of formation of human body is the will power of the mind, without which the elements in the nature can not be organized proportionately and a body is not formed. Therefore the formation of the bodies of all beings is not simply accidental. Preparing the seed, the mind creates a body according to its plan. The mind is not satisfied only by creating a body. It also controls all the functions of body. Mind also controls the current of life force in body. It flows as much power as any part of body requires. Blood circulation, respiration, bleeding in different parts of body is all under its control. Yogis can halt these activities by keeping their mind in complete rest. Development of the power of knowledge of spiritual consciousness is also carried out with it. It does not take place in the absence of will power of the mind. Another power of consciousness is Action-power, which is also controlled by Mind. Every plan of any bodily action is first sketched in mind, which are in turn expressed through action. No action can be done without the will of mind .so the mind is taken as an instrument. Thus organization of body, control over its parts, planning of any bodily actions, and bringing them out in action and all other functions are done by mind. But it gains its power from soul because gross matters are its constituents. They can not be self powered.  The next function of mind is to collect the worldly experiences that each sense and action organs experience and to use them in due time. All these experiences are piled up in the sub-conscious mind. As it rises upon the conscious mind it is called memory. It is a form of mind. The function of storing all this information is done by different cells in mind. Mind is caused to be impure by egoistic attitude, lustful desire, attachment to material and sensual joys, social and worldly bondage etc. As one can not fulfill all of his desires so many complexities develop, which produces mental impurities. These impurities cause loss of control of mind and as the irregularity in flow of power throughout body occurs, different types of illness are born. So, mental impurities are the cause of most of the illness of our body.

Therefore creation of human body and its every function is under the control of mind. God and soul are the power of which Mind is in the most powerful form. Mind works as a bridge between body and soul. One can not realize the self until he or she goes across this bridge. A man is not a gross matter. He is consciousness. Consciousness, that is to say, soul is his real form. Mind becomes only the obstruction on the way to its realization and as it is lustful it entangles him in the web of illusion and he is lost. So one who really wants to realize his self and the existence of the God should come out of this web of illusion and go ahead. Only the way to realize it is by knowing the mind having complete control over its disposition. This leads mind to calmness passive and only then we can see the real reflection of the soul.

Men can not see the reflection of the moon in shaken water. In the same way one can not behold the real form of the soul as the mind is restless with different dispositions. Meditation practice is the way to control the restlessness of the mind. Accomplishment of yoga is possible through it. According to Maharshi Patanjali, restrain of the disposition of the mind is Yoga. Any code of conduct and practices prescribed by any religions are aimed at having restrained over the mind to dispose towards impurities. We need not achieve the God. He is already there residing in the form of soul. Only the thing to be done is to remove what has covered it. The coverings are not solid. They are subtle, which can be removed with the help of meditation. So, meditation is the only means to realize the soul. There are different ways of meditation. One should observe strictly the purity in food and conduct and maintain discipline.

Why are men so sorrowful if they have everything they want? Why were the saints, sages and yogis in the past so blissful whereas they lived in caves and jungles and had roots and led life of scarcity? We need to know the main source, the way we think, to understand the mystery of it.   Men are not able to change the situation according to the disposition of their mind, which is the cause that life is full of turmoil, grief discontentment though science has made a great progress.

What a man is and how his fate turns depends on the way he thinks. The root cause of his comfort, discomfort, peace turmoil, remorse etc is nothing other than his thought.

Thought contains unlimited power. It always inspires us to perform an action. If it flows towards righteousness it gives good result and the consequences are bad with with vicious thinking. The thought formed seed is so powerful that it sprouts if watered and growing into tree it gives fruits to all. Every great work in the world is resulted by one or few individuals' higher thinking. If a person goes into a cave and thinks and dies there while thinking, after some time it breaks the wall and comes out. It spreads all around and inspires everybody. So much power thought really posses! Then why are we so sad and lead a life of anxiety if we have such a powerful treasure of thought power? Why don't we make the fortune ourselves and be counted in the line of great persons? The answer of this question really hides all our solutions.

We are the answer of this question. Let's commit to create the power of thought that we follow the path of righteous thinking and benefit everyone with its good consequences of peace and joy. Let's blow the conch of thought-revolution and lead and teach action oriented life.  With the kindness of God may you have power to create righteous thinking and have capability to share the good consequences along with the greatness of thought coupled with inspiration for righteous actions! Work is the foundation stone of knowledge and great work is originated from righteous thought.
